Objective: Understanding the service, business context, goals, priorities and alignment of collaboration → setting expectations from the UX audit.
Timing: Week 1 of collaboration
Are your customers slipping through your fingers, leaving the site and not completing their purchases? Then you need a UX audit - a clear list of changes to improve the business efficiency of your website. The audit will show you what problems people are encountering and how to fix them.
Objective: Understanding the service, business context, goals, priorities and alignment of collaboration → setting expectations from the UX audit.
Timing: Week 1 of collaboration
Objective: Broad understanding of users (what users do on the site and why)
Activities: Analysis of current state via GA4 tools, Clarity + chatbot data, call center data. Perform test orders. We will benchmark - inspire by analyzing competitor solutions. We will deploy a survey - for example a form of on-the-web survey.
Timing: Week 2 of collaboration

Objective: Clear data formulation, description of friction points and design of optimization steps
Activities: Completion of data collection, description of data and identification of bottlenecks, suggestions for optimization of friction points accompanied by screenshots of the correct solution
Timing: 3rd week of collaboration
Behavioral data demonstration:
Objective: Prioritise edits according to impact on conversions or other client objective.
Activities: Prioritization of edits and also by next action steps (edit straight away - no A/B testing required, requires further A/B testing...). Presentation of key findings and discussion of next steps (handle on your own, need to develop A/B testing plan and execute testing...)
Timing: Week 4 of the collaboration

The length of the audit depends on the size and complexity of your site. We usually deliver the audit within 4 to 6 weeks, but we will set the exact time frame in the quote according to your needs.
The UX audit contains chapters according to the client's priorities, which we clarify at the beginning of the cooperation. If the client doesn't come up with the priorities themselves, we will determine the content of the audit at our discretion after looking at the data.
